Why print tooling
A printed jig suits one-off and short-run tooling: it is made straight from the CAD with no setups, an awkward nest or contour is no harder to print than a flat face, and a revised version is a new upload rather than a new job.

Questions
What should a jig or fixture be printed in?
PC-CF, our lead engineering material, for most tooling: it is stiff, tough and copes with heat. PETG suits lighter-duty guides, and TPU makes flexible soft jaws and pads.
Can I design one myself?

Can you design a fixture around my part?
Yes. Send us the part's CAD model, a drawing or the part itself through a design request, and tell us what the fixture has to do. The design service quotes a fixed price before any work starts.
