- We model it. Our design service reverse engineers the part and quotes a fixed price before any work starts.
- Free DFM check and price. The finished model is checked for printability and priced like any other upload.
- Printed in Christchurch. Printed in-house in the material that suits the job.
- Couriered to you. Sent anywhere in New Zealand. The model is saved in your account for next time.
Sending us the part
Start a design request first so we know it is coming, then post the part to us or drop it off.
Our address is 14 Venerable Terrace, Yaldhurst, Christchurch. We are here Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Put your name, your email and a note of what the part does in the parcel. Photos from a few angles with a ruler in shot help too, whether or not you send the part.
When you need another one
Every part you order is saved to My Parts in your account. When you need more, open it there and it loads straight back into the quoter with the same file.
Recommended materials
- PETG (Glycol-modified polyester, instant online quote) - A tough all-rounder for most replacement parts.
- ASA (Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, instant online quote) - For parts that live outdoors, in a vehicle or in the sun.
- PC-CF (Carbon-fibre polycarbonate, instant online quote) - For parts that carry load or sit near heat.
- PA12 (Nylon 12, on request) - Nylon, for parts that slide, wear or take repeated knocks.
- TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane, instant online quote) - For flexible parts: seals, feet, grips and bumpers.

Yes. Send photos, a drawing or the part itself and our design service will reverse engineer it. You get a fixed-price quote for the modelling before any work starts.
How do I get the part to you?
Start a design request first, then post the part to us or drop it off at 14 Venerable Terrace, Yaldhurst, Christchurch, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Include your name, email and a note of what the part does.
Will the printed part be as strong as the original?
It depends on the part and what it does. Tell us how it is used - load, heat, sun, wear - and we will choose a material and orientation to suit. A part that keeps breaking can often be redesigned stronger rather than copied.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Order any quantity, and the model is saved to My Parts in your account so you can order another later without starting again.
What if I already have a CAD file?
Upload it to the quoter for an instant price and a free manufacturability check. STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP are accepted.
