• Order information - files you upload (STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ), material selections, quantities, and delivery address.
• Payment information - we use Stripe to process payments and do not store your card details on our servers.

• Communications - messages you send us via the contact form or email.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfil your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to enquiries, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Files You Upload

3D model files you upload are used solely to generate quotes and produce your order. Files are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your files at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (to keep you signed in), analytics (Google Analytics collects anonymised data about site usage - you can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on), and security (Cloudflare Turnstile is used on forms to prevent spam).

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for up to 7 years after account closure to meet our financial record-keeping obligations. You may request account deletion at any time.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations), and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you believe we have breached the Act.
