What It Does
Type a description of the part you need - dimensions, mounting points, whatever you know - and the Part Designer builds it as real parametric CAD on our servers, compiles it to a printable mesh, and checks it for watertightness and printability before showing it to you. Every dimension comes back as an editable field: change a number and the part rebuilds, at no cost and no extra generation charge.
Pricing
Your first designs are free. After that, each new generation is billed per design at a price shown in the app; changing a dimension on a design you already have is always free, so iteration happens without repeated charges.
From Description to Part
Because the model is generated on our servers rather than in your browser, a generation can take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes depending on complexity. Once it is built, the result is treated the same as any other printable model: check it against the FDM design guide, adjust dimensions if needed, and send it to the instant quote page to have it printed and shipped anywhere in New Zealand.
